Dr Anthonia Egbujiobi (ESQ) FIMC, MNIM, MPI, CMC was born on 6 August 1983 into the family of Late Hon Justice AM Elelegwu. She hails from Agbor in Delta State. She hold a Diploma, Bachelor and Master’s degree in law. She is a Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Expert, Women Empowerment Coach, Professional Negotiator, Mediator and Conflict Resolutor, as well as a Certified Management Consultant. She has attended several military courses such as Weapons law course, Geneva Switzerland and CIMIC Course MLALPKC Jaji. Others include; Civil Affairs Course, Dennison Barrack, UK and CIMIC Course at CIMIC Centre of Excellence, Haque Netherlands amongst others. She was given the United Nations award as well as the Chief of Air Staffs award in 2019 in recognition of her humanitarian activities. In December 2021, she was awarded a Doctorate of Humanities from Azteca University, Mexico in recognition of her Humanitarian activities. She has been involved in women empowerment for over 5 years especially for women in post violent conflict. She has empowered over 500 women in various skill acquisition and funds both in and outside Nigeria. She has authored 3 books; Bridging Civil-Military Gap, Building Castles with Pebbles and Simple Steps to Empowerment.
