Dr Anthonia Egbujiobi (ESQ) FIMC, MNIM, MPI, CMC was born on 6 August 1983 into the family of Late Hon Justice AM Elelegwu. She hails from Agbor in Delta State. She holds a Diploma, Bachelor and Master’s degree in law.
